Parent and Family Engagement

A solid bond between the school and parents develops a school partnership which fosters a child's academic success. Academic performance in the classroom can be achieved through the parent resource centers by encouraging this relationship and focusing on families and their needs. The centers also encourage parent involvement in the schools and support families by providing a comfortable environment where family members can grow with each other and interact positively with the school.

Parent and Family Engagement Survey for Spring 2026

Dear Parents,

The Leon County Schools’ Title I Office is administering the Parent and Family Engagement Survey for Spring 2026. The survey allows your school and our district’s Title I Office to understand aspects of the parent/family-school relationship. Parents/guardians of students at your school should be allowed to complete the Family Engagement Survey. The information gathered will be used to guide continual improvement within our Title I schools to serve our students and their families better.

The survey administration period is Wednesday, April 8, 2026, through Friday, May 15, 2026.
