All training classes will be held in the Purchasing Department's conference room located at 3397 West Tharpe St.
To promote vendor acceptance and operational efficiency, the District has implemented the P‐Card Program. The District recognizes the opportunity to streamline processes, improve management reporting, and reduce the operational cost of small dollar transactions.
A number of unique controls have been developed for this program that do not exist in a traditional credit card environment. These controls help ensure that the card can be used only for specific purchases and within specific dollar limits.
